Our Background

We are nature lovers first and foremost. We seek to discover and capture in photography the beauty that exists in our world. Big and small, seen and unseen, we look for all of it in hopes of sharing it with others.

Subject Matter

We enjoy photographing any natural subject: animals, birds, butterflies, scenery. We hope you enjoy all of our photos. 

Narration

We always enjoy investigating the natural science that helps explain what is happening in the photo. Combining narrative and photo enhances the discovery of nature's artistry. Some of our photos are accompanied by this narrative.

We have taken photos all over the U.S. and Canada as well as international and tropical destinations. 

Birds and Ponies

We are particularly fond of birds and Assateague ponies. We are fortunate to live near Assateague National Seashore.  

Special Times

We often photograph special events and   animal appearances. Stay tuned for Chincoteague Pony Swim pictures and pictures of male and female snowy owls at the beach.
